Reservations are made for specific units but South Padre Resort Rentals, Inc can NOT guarantee specific unit availability. We will make every effort to accommodate and honor your request for specific units. Your unit number may change without notice.
* The condominium you rent at this resort is subject to Texas Laws and Statutes. The rules and regulations are not arbitrary, but established within the Condominium Documents of this resort. Neither management nor owners can make exceptions.

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. Check-in at the South Padre Resort Rentals office which is located in the Sunchase IV lobby at 1000 Padre Blvd., South Padre Island, TX 78597
If you will be arriving after hours, please contact our office at 1-800-944-6818 prior to the office closing so that we can explain our late arrival procedures. Office hours are Monday through Sunday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
If you find that you are going to be arriving after 5:00 PM and the office has closed, dial 27 at the gate. Proceed to the administrative office and the guard on duty will issue you a late arrival package. Your name will be listed along with your unit number. In the package, you will find a key to the unit, a temporary parking permit (valid until 10:30am the following day) and important information. Please check in at the front office by 10:30 AM the following day. The contact number for the guard is (956) 459-7598.
The total for your unit is due upon arrival. This will include the room rent, 17% hotel occupancy tax and applicable service charges. Acceptable forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or cash. Personal Checks are not accepted. Rates are subject to change without notice, unless already confirmed with a deposit.
Check out time is by 10:30 AM. Check out is at our office located at 1000 Padre Blvd., South Padre Island, TX 78597. We ask that you please do the following:
* Throw all trash in the receptacles that are located near the elevators on each floor. They are silver chutes that are marked RUBBISH.
* Please rinse all dirty dishes and place them in dishwasher.
* Return all items issued at check-in: Keys, Black sensors, Parking permit, and Gatecard
You may cancel your reservation 14* days prior to your scheduled arrival. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. There is no refund if it is cancelled within the 14 day period.
(*Variable determined by season.) Your rental may not be leased to a third party or you may be subject to forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
You must be 25 years of age or older. Since the resort caters to families, we cannot accept reservations for vacationing students under the age of 25. Young singles unaccompanied by a parent WILL NOT be permitted to register. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rent.
We offer either daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
Daily: Requires a three (3) night minimum stay.
Weekly: Requires a seven (7) night minimum stay.
Monthly: Requires a thirty (30) night minimum stay.
This rule is strictly enforced. There is a fine if it is known that you brought a pet with you.
These condominiums offer a smoke free environment.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Guests that do not comply will be asked to leave without refund.*PLEASE NOTE: These occupancy limits include children.
The limits are as follows:
One bedroom condominium = four (4) people
Two bedroom condominium = six (6) people
Three bedroom condominium = eight (8) people
There is only ONE parking permit issued per unit. Additional parking is issued based upon availability. Every vehicle MUST have a valid permit visibly displayed in their vehicle to park on the Sunchase IV property.
Towels and linens are provided. We provide a daily towel exchange. Please leave your used towels inside your unit by the entry door and housekeeping will be by to administer the exchange. (*Items to bring: Beach towels)
